Work is quickly wrapping up along Windsor’s riverfront now that construction of the massive Riverfront Retention Treatment Basin has wrapped up. Reconstruction of the parking lot on top of the basin is nearly complete as is a new decorative seating area, pictured above. Work is expected to be complete by the end of this week.
