The final weekend of August will be a busy one in Historic Amherstburg.

The 157-ft Pride of Baltimore II will be in town all weekend for tours.  Docked at Duffy’s Dock yard, it arrives Saturday at noon.  Free Dockside Deck Tours are Saturday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

At the Mudpuppy Gallery, Julie Bell will have her impressive works of art in glass on display all weekend long.  The gallery is open both days from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

The third Annual Beat Night takes place Saturday evening at the Downtown Espresso Cafe.  Admission is just $2.00 to catch local talent ranging from poetry to song and dance.  The night starts at 7:00 pm.
