EnWin Utilities have been working hard since 9pm to restore power to 16,000 customers in the Windsor area.
According to information received by windsoriteDOTca, EnWin has restored power to 2/3 of the affected customers, and 4000 remain without power as of this writing.
EnWin says repairs are continuing to lines in South Windsor north of Cabana, the Remington Park area, East and West of Dougall and to areas East of Huron church.
EnWin expects to make significant progress within 2-3 hours.
