I stopped into the Caboto Club today to check out the Holistic Health Expo that was going on. The event was free to get into, and offered visitors a glimpse into the alternative health scene in Southwestern Ontario. Vendors like Faerhaven from Harrow, Lotus Petals Yoga Wear from Belle River, LunaBlue from Grand Bend and Canadian Heritage Candles from Amherstburg showed off their wares, while numerous reflexologists, massage therapists and reiki masters gave demos. Besides the wonderful smells emanating from the trade show, I also benefited from a neck massage from an RMT. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday morning!
