Owner Kathy Murphy wants to help you make someone’s day, even if that someone is you. On April 1st, she and Suzanne Haviland took over the location at 212 Erie Street West from the former owners.

After spending some time cleaning out stock that had been collected over the 17 years the previous store had been open, these two women got busy and started creating dozens of arrangements and gift baskets.

Kathy was hired by Suzanne years ago at their former place of employment. Suzanne started arranging flowers as a hobby, and forty some years later, she is still loving her job. Kathy followed a similar path, and has been in this field for over 25 years.

The women agree that experience and a creative flair are the key to success in the floral business. In addition, having a good rapport with customers is incredibly important. Not to mention, a quality product can practically sell itself.
