The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor has been named one of the top theatre venues worldwide for the third straight year.
The Colosseum ranked #23 in the Top 100 Theatre Venues Worldwide for Ticket Sales in trade magazine Pollstar’s Annual Review, ahead of such venues like the Fox Theatre in Detroit, the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville and The Chicago Theatre.
Caesars Windsor entertainment director Tim Trombley says a year of headline shows drove ticket sales and filled seats for a record number of sold-out shows. “Some of our sold out shows included Matchbox Twenty, Willie Nelson, Alice Cooper, Weezer, Journey, Russell Peters, Hall & Oates, Styx, Ke$ha, The Band Perry, The Tenors, Donny & Marie and Kenny Rogers.”
Caesars says the 2014 concert line up features Barenaked Ladies, Melissa Etheridge, Trisha Yearwood, Bill Maher and will be announcing more exciting shows soon.
