Some more construction work is planned for the expressway.
The Eastbound E.C. Row Expressway off-ramp at Dominion Boulevard will be closed for road work from 10am to 2pm on Thursday.
The Westbound E.C. Row Expressway on-ramp at Dougall Avenue will have lane restrictions from 7am to 6pm until Wednesday, May 25th, 2022 (weather permitting)
