Local Housing Starts Expected To Jump In The Next Two Years

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation’s fall housing market outlook report shows that housing starts for the Windsor area are expected to jump in the next two years.

The report says that starts will go from an estimated 860 this year to 910 in 2015 and up to 930 in 2017.

Housing sales are also expected to jump to 6,000 in 2016 and up to 6,050 in 2017.
