A flood watch for Windsor and Essex County has come to an end, and rainfall is expected to taper off soon, but it’s likely we’ll see a few more showers according to Environment Canada.
Periods of rain are expected to end early this afternoon and we’ll see cloudy skies with a 40 percent chance of showers.
Environment Canada says Windsor received 7.6mm of rain on Wednesday.
Even with the flood watch over, due to the wet ground conditions exist, there is still a possibility of flooding and drainage problems.
