Changes To Schools In East Windsor And Tecumseh

Some big changes for public schools were approved by the Greater Essex County District School Board Tuesday night.
Trustees have voted to close Victoria Public School in Tecumseh effective June 2014. Those students will transition to AV Graham Public School.
Forest Glade Public School will become a dual track school beginning in September 2014 with JK and adding a grade level each year.
The board will also seek funding from the Ministry of Education to either build a new school on the north shore or expand AV Graham to eventually replace DM Eagle Public School.
