Rediscover Your Bike 2013 is rolling through Windsor and Essex County.
The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit and local community partners are encouraging everyone to get in motion and “Rediscover Your Bike” on one of the any trail systems in Windsor and Essex County.
With a number of beautiful bike trails popping up in our region, the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit and many local community partners are encouraging area residents to get in motion and “Rediscover Your Bike”.
Participants will learn about helmet safety, bike safety, rules of the road, and general tips on how to ride their bike safely. There are helmet and bike giveaways, helmet fittings, bike safety checks, bike rodeos for kids, and guided rides to enhance cycling skills. This year, the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit will share lots of fun ideas on how to get more active, be tobacco free, stay safe in the sun, and how to eat healthy.
So bring your bikes and helmets to any of these events.
