What makes you SMILE Windsor?
Seeing part of the urban landscape decorated with guerrilla art is intriguing and we thought — where else have windsoriteDOTca readers seen SMILE Campaign signs posted to the sides of buildings?
If you’re not familiar with the SMILE Campaign, its purpose as described by videographer Mike Evans (who has shot three time lapses on the project) is to “have a goal of transforming unsightly objects such as derelict buildings and blight into beauty and art”.
