Fireworks 2013: Bike Parking, Free Shuttle, One Dollar Swimming

It’s fireworks night and there’s lots going on to make your night more enjoyable and easy.
Atkinson Pool, which is located at 1981 Riverside Drive West, will offer public swims from 6pm to 8pm for a loonie per person. As well, the the Friends of Atkinson will have a fundraising hot dog barbeque. More information can be found here.
The Windsor Bicycling Committee will offer a valet bike parking corral at Charles Clark Square. Volunteers from the committee will be on hand all evening, watching the bikes, and ensuring their safety. More information can be found here.
Beginning at 6pm no fare will be collected on all city buses, with the exception of the tunnel bus. Additionally, a park n’ ride shuttle service from Devonshire Mall to the downtown area will be free to passengers. More information can be found here.
