The Windsor Bicycling Committee along with the Canadian Arts Productions have teamed up to create a new bike safety dance video this Saturday.
Cyclists of all types, including e-bikers are invited to attend and star in the video, which will focus on the “3-foot” rule of thumb. This rule reminds motorists to leave at least three feet of space between their car and slower moving vehicles while passing.
Cyclists will learn some fun and simple dance steps, using their bike and a metre stick as props. Helmets are required, and smiles are a must! You do not need to know how to dance, just come and help the Windsor Bicycling Committee get their message across, and be prepared to have fun!
The filming takes place in the courtyard just north of old City Hall from 1pm to 2pm. Anyone interested in participating is asked to RSVP to Pat Jeflyn at [email protected].
