Windsor’s Walker Homesites Baseball Park may be lit up at night should City Council vote to provide funding for the project.
The cost for lighting for the park would be between $150,000 and $200,000 per field and City Administrators don’t expect to have funds available until after 2017. The installation of baseball lighting is feasible and will be subject to a public input process.
City Council can vote to accelerate funding for the project and share costs with the Walker Homesites Group.
