The outdoor pool in Tecumseh is staying closed this summer.

Pools will be permitted to open once the region enters stage two, but the town says that recreational swim occupancy would be reduced by 75% under the stage two framework guidelines. Revenues from such reduced occupancy would not cover the cost of lifeguards or the pool’s mechanical system costs.

LaSalle also recently announced their outdoor pool would remain closed.
