Six units suffered damage after a late night fire at Price Self Storage at 694 Cameron.
Fire crews were called around 11:30pm and found fire in one unit that spread to others.
Damage is set at $40,000 to the structure and $40,000 to the contents of eight units affected.
The investigation is ongoing.
