The Ontario government is investing over $3 million to help build 11 new permanent affordable housing units for people experiencing chronic homelessness in the City of Windsor.
The funding will see the acquisition and renovations of a residential building located at 7365 Wyandotte Street East.
The project relies on rent revenues being enough to cover operating costs as an affordable housing development.
