The Town of Essex has appointed David McBeth to the position of Manager of Capital Works and Asset Management.
McBeth brings over 20 years of experience to the position in the field of civil engineering, having worked at Dillon Consulting as a project manager, contract administrator, designer, and civil engineering technologist. Throughout his tenure with Dillon Consulting, McBeth worked closely on a variety of projects including the Windsor-Essex Parkway, Grand Marais Drain Improvements, and various residential, commercial and industrial developments across Windsor and Essex County.
In this role, McBeth will be responsible for the procurement, management, and coordination of the Town’s major capital projects and oversee the administration of the Town’s Asset Management Plan.

McBeth’s appointment took effect April 19th, 2022.
