The restaurant has been planned for the location at 3060 Howard since November 2019 when it went before City Council.
The restaurant will be located just north of The Keg at the southeast corner of Howard and Division, bordering an entrance to Devonshire Mall.
The company was founded in Hapeville, Georgia in 1946 and there are more than 2,300 locations in the United States. The restaurant chain has two locations in Canada: one location in Toronto and one location in North York.
