Kristin Kennedy is the next Chief Executive Officer of Erie Shores HealthCare.
Kennedy has worked in the healthcare sector for 25 years, and holds the designation as a Certified Health Executive (CHE) and a Masters of Health Management from McMaster University. She is enrolled in LLM Health Law degree program at Osgoode Hall Law School. McMaster University awarded Kennedy the Professional Achievement award in 2019, recognizing her career endeavors and achievements that have made a significant contribution to healthcare management.
This year Kennedy was one of seven Registered Nurses selected from over seventy applicants in Ontario to join the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee for the College of Nurse of Ontario. Kennedy is currently the VP Patient Services and Chief Nursing Executive at ESHC and is an Assistant Professor at McMaster University.

Kennedy is taking over from Dr. Ross Moncur, who has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer since May 2020 after Janice Dawson stepped down.
