Windsor Police and Windsor Fire investigated a bomb threat at Devonshire Mall Thursday evening.
Police say that an employee at the mall received a phone call around 8:30pm saying there was a bomb in their vehicle.
The mall was evacuated and police and fire investigated.
The all clear was given after 9pm.
