Community Parkette Planned For Drouillard Road

A new community parkette is planed in Ford City at the corner of Richmond and Drouillard.
The effort was spear-headed by the Ford City BIA, area residents, and Drouillard Place with the support of Veresen Inc. and Glos Associates Inc.
The park will feature grass, pathways, places to sit and murals, and will serve as an attractive gateway to the community and a gathering space for the neighbourhood.
“This is a big win for the community,” said Marina Clemens of Drouillard Place. “New investment like this makes Ford City a better place to live, work, worship and play.”
