Great Soup Kitchen Event To Feature 40 Restaurants

The Heart and Stroke Foundation will be holding its 29th annual Great Soup Kitchen on March 26th.

Over 40 different local restaurants will have soups available to taste. There will also be raffles and door prizes.

It takes place at the St Clair Centre for the Arts from 11am to 2pm.

Tickets are available for $8 in advance online or at the Heart at Stroke Foundation Windsor office, located at 4570 Rhodes Drive. They will also be available at the door for $10.

All proceeds for the event will go to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Any leftover soup from the event will be donated to the Downtown Mission.

Restaurants include Applebee’s Grill & Bar, Back Road Cafe, The Barrel House, Bistro at the River, Bubi’s Awesome Eats, Caboto Club, Caesars Windsor/Market Buffet, Café Cache, Capri Pizza, Carmen’s Catering, Champions Roadhouse, Culinary Guild of Windsor, Dirty Jerseys, East Side Mario’s, European Market, Executive Class Catering, Koolini Italian Eatery, The Leaf, The Other Place, Penalty Box, Red Lobster, Riverside Sportsmen Club, Sofos, St. Clair College, Stir Crazy Grille, Thai Palace, The Bull and Barrel, Unemployed Help Centre, the Windsor Professional Firefighters Benefit Fund, The Carvery, The Keg Steakhouse & Bar, and Jose’s Noodle Factory.
