Neighbourhood Watch Windsor along with Windsor Police Cst. Todd Pearce will explore the topic of drug and alcohol abuse at a free presentation next Thursday November 13th.

The goal of this presentation is to educate those interested in how to recognize substances as well as what to look for if you think someone you know may be at risk.

Cst. Pearce will be covering best practices on how to talk to your children and family about drugs and alcohol, laws, by-laws and information on warrants.

Residents looking to learn about how to start a Neighbourhood Watch in their community are also encouraged to attend. Windsor Police will be on site to answer any questions and to teach residents how to keep their homes less susceptible to crime.

The presentation takes place at The Safety Village starting at 6:30pm.
