There’s less than two weeks left to win a prize by showing how much you love shopping in Walkerville.
The #digwalkerville Photo Contest started July 13th and contributes to the Walkerville BIA’s Dig Walkerville campaign, which is encouraging people to support local businesses in Walkerville.
Debra Purdy of ShopEco came up with the idea for the area-wide contest after running a similar one for her store in January. Purdy said that contest was a huge success.
The #digwalkerville Photo Contest tasks participants with liking the contest post on Facebook and posting a photo and description of a recent visit to, or purchase from, any business in Walkerville. Tag it with #digwalkerville and you’re all set to enter.
ShopEco is giving away a $50 gift card to the winner, who will be drawn on August 18th.
