Major construction is set to begin on the E.C. Row Expressway this week.
Starting Monday, westbound traffic at the Caso Bridge between Howard Avenue and Dougall Avenue will be reduced to one lane due to bridge rehabilitation.
In addition, the westbound on-ramp to E.C. Row Expressway at Howard Avenue closed Sunday night until Monday July 7th.
The total project is expected to be complete by Wednesday, August 20th.
