Local photographer Jesse Hebert presented two photography pieces to Windsor-Tecumseh MPP Percy Hatfield on Friday to hang on Hatfield’s constituency and Queen’s Park offices.
Hebert was the winner of Kevin O’Leary’s Future Dragon Fund Contest, and was awarded with $5,000 which will go towards purchasing more photography equipment for his growing small business.
“I’m excited to be displaying Jesse’s photography in my offices,” said Hatfield. “It’s important to recognize our talented youth, and at the same time support their artistic and entrepreneurial spirit.”
The photographs to be showcased are “Double Exposure,” showing the connection between humans and nature, and “Detroit-Windsor Annual Fireworks,” capturing feelings of happiness, celebration and bliss.
“It’s a true honor to be recognized by my MPP and to present him with two of my favourite pieces from my collection,” said Hebert.
