It’s hard to sum up two decades and nine albums into an hour and a half, but these L.A. rockers – aka Weezer – reigned tonight in the Colosseum of Caesars Windsor.
With drummer Patrick Wilson, guitarist/keyboardist Brian Bell, and birthday boy Scott Shriner (bass guitar) joining, the band performed some of their hits like “Island in the Sun,” “Beverly Hills,” “Say it Ain’t So,” and “Buddy Holly.” Topping off the night, of course, was “Undone (the Sweater Song).”
Lit by the classic glowing “W” behind them, Rivers Cuomo (vocalist/guitarist) bestowed the Windsor audience his “choir of angels.”
