Just after 2pm today, Windsor Police, Windsor Fire and EMS were called to Lilly Kazzilly’s in east Windsor for a report of an ice fisherman who fell through the ice.
Windsor Police Staff Sargent Steve Bodri says that other people in the area came to the males help throwing him a life ring and despite the cold water, he was able to be pulled out of the water.
He is currently being treated for hypothermia.
