Target Store Construction Begins at Devonshire Mall

Construction of Windsor’s first Target store is in full swing at Devonshire Mall after long-time tenant Zellers closed its doors forever last week.
Entering the mall from Howard off of Division, a detour is set up that takes drivers around the former Zellers parking lot.
Over the past week, crews stripped the red Zellers letters off the building.
Construction crews spent last week digging up old asphalt from the lot and a fresh new layer of asphalt was paved over the weekend.
Target is scheduled to open at Devonshire Mall next spring.
