Owners of the Serbian Centre on Tecumseh Road East in Windsor’s east end ready to start building a 17,394 square foot addition to the popular banquet facility.
The new construction will include a gymnasium, storage rooms and a detached shed for a barbeque.
Groundbreaking took place last week.
