Windsor’s Riverfront Festival Plaza will look even better this summer compared to last now that construction of a walkway from Riverside Drive, accessible access and a concession/ticket stand is complete.
The Festival Plaza and its new stage opened just in time for Beaverfest in June of 2011 but many components were not completed until recently.
