The Life After 50 Event returns to the WFCU Centre this weekend.
The event gives baby boomers, retirees and family the opportunity to enjoy two days of entertainment, information and excitement. Highlights include demonstrations and entertainment on the Freedom 55 Stage, belly dancing, demonstrations by Beach Grove Golf & Country club, wine tasting by Viewpointe Estate Winery, the Last Chance Autumn Auto Show & Shine put on by Xcentrick AutoSports, and much more!
“You can expect to get future planning done, find out about healthy recreation options, and experience something new at one of our vendor demonstrations” says Lynne Rozario, organizer of the Life After 50 Event.
“The event is in support of the Alzheimer’s Society of Windsor-Essex, and the Council on Aging, donations can be made at the door. Plus – for every donation, fans will be entered into a draw for fabulous prizes from our sponsors.”
Admission to the event is free, with donations accepted at the door for both the Alzheimer’s Society of Windsor-Essex and the Council on Aging. The event will be open on Friday October 21st, 12:00pm through 5:00pm, and Saturday October 22nd, 10:00am through 5:00pm at the WFCU Centre.
