Two new commercial construction projects will soon be in the works for a stretch of Tecumseh Road East. First is the construction of a new building that will be a new Enterprise Rent-a-Car location. The site on the corner of Langlois and Tecumseh Road east is currently home to an empty building that once housed a Hertz Rent-a-Car location and has been vacant now for a number of years.
The existing building will be demolished a new building constructed.

Just down the street at the location that housed Monty’s Formal Wear for many years, is a site plan application to convert this existing building into a pharmacy and medical clinic. Three local doctors have applied to operate out of this building.

The existing building foot print would remain the same, but the interiors would be renovated, and the rear of the property paved for more parking.
