Spring into patio season with Barrels Bottles & Brews Fiesta Weekend May 4th and 5th! Celebrate Cinco de Mayo by visiting the 11 participating partners for a food & drink pairing at each stop along your self-guided tour. You’ll get a craft brew or spirit tasting along with gourmet Mexican fare!

Fiesta Weekend brings together 11 Barrels Bottles & Brews partners for one unforgettable weekend with fiesta style food & drink pairings. Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect:

Fiesta Weekend

• Banded Goose Brewing Co. – St. Enzo’s Fire with barbacoa beef taco with a mango and jalapeno salsa, avocado-poblano crema, queso cotija and cilantro micro greens.
• Chapter Two Brewing Co. – Mexican Moulet Beer with Mexican Rice & Beans with a pita and guacamole.
• Cured Craft Brewing Co. – Pelee Pilsner with house-toasted lime-chili pitas with house-made pico de gallo and lime crema.
• FRANK Brewing Co. – Sombrero Cerveza with nacho chips and house-made salsa and beer queso.
• GL Heritage Brewing Co. – CaJen Pale Ale with freshly diced avocado, peppers, onion, cucumber, mango, cherry tomatoes, tossed in a cilantro-jalapeno-lime dressing and served with fresh Hub-made seasoned tortilla chips.
• Kingsville Brewery – Taphouse 127 – Cerveza Mexican Style Lager with smoked beef brisket carnita toasted corn tortilla topped with 10 hour smoked beef brisket, diced tomatoes, chipotle mango corn, pickled onion, chipotle lime sour cream, fresh cilantro and smoked gouda cheese (gluten & lactose free).
• Lot 10 Brewing Co. – Mexican “Beer-ita” with Fiesta pinwheels with salsa.
• Walkerville Brewery – Cinco Cerveza with churro nachos with chocolate and dulce de lecce drizzle and dipping sauce.
• Wolfhead Distillery – Grapefruit Vodka Margarita with pulled pork nachos with whisky BBQ Sauce drizzle.

To maximize the Fiesta Weekend, we’ve put together two easy-to-travel routes so you can hit all the stops over the two days. Use them forwards, backwards, or create your own route!
