Power Outage Affects South Windsor Homes

Power has been restored to approximately 44 homes in South Windsor after it was knocked out Monday night.
The city reports that high winds and icy conditions brought down a power line around 8pm. The affected homes were on Labelle, Sierra, Mark and Glenwood.
EnWin crews responded to the scene and power was restored around 9pm.
The city says that they will remain on alert to provide assistance should the situation repeat itself.
