Windsor-Tecumseh has a new member of provincial parliament.
Conservative Andrew Dowie was elected by a margin of 6,141 votes with 100 per cent of polling stations reporting.
Dowie, an engineer and Tecumseh town councillor, is the first conservative candidate to be elected in the riding in nearly a century.
There are 95,440 registered electors in Windsor-Tecumseh. Voter turnout was 40.32 per cent.
