The City of Windsor will announce plans for the former Grace Hospital site Thursday morning.
Back in May 2019, the city issued a request for expressions of interest to develop the site.
The property had been on hold since 2015 for the new Windsor-Essex Hospitals System to build a satellite emergency department at this location.
At that time, the hospital said that as per their agreement with the city, the option to consider alternative uses for the site has always been available to the city.
The successful consortium will provide their full plans at the morning news conference.
