One of North America’s largest Halloween retailers is opening in Windsor soon.
Spirit Halloween, which operates more than 1,000 stores in all 50 US states and most Canadian provinces, will open a temporary location next to Michaels on Walker Road.
The store features a wide array of Halloween decor, costumes and accessories.
It will open in early September.
