Children Raise $3,900 With Lemonade Stand

On August 10th a group of six local children set up their 3rd Annual Lemonade and Cookie Stand in the lobby of Windsor Regional Hospital’s Metropolitan Campus, with the goal of raising $3,000 to help sick children in Windsor Essex County by donating the funds raised to W.E. Care for Kids.
Thanks to community support, they exceeded their goal by raising $3,900.
On September 16th Jaxson, Alexis, Brennan, Travis and Orianna presented W.E. Care for Kids with their cheque in support of local paediatric health care programs.
They have already started planning for their 4th Annual Lemonade Stand and have set a goal of $4,500.
