Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Windsor & Essex County has presented their newly placed memorial bench to commemorate victims of impaired driving.

The memorial bench has been a year in the making, and finally has its new permanent place at the riverfront. Speakers shared their experience with impaired driving with tears in their eyes, emphasizing how important a memorial monument such as this one means to those affected.
