Vincent Massey Secondary School is hosting their second Hackaton, Massey Hacks II. This time, the hackathon will last over 24 hours, making it Canada’s first Major League Hacking sponsored high school hackathon.
Hundreds of Students from near and far come together to learn, create, work with mentors, and code together from Saturday through Sunday. They can team up and work to form their ideas and projects to submit them at the end for a chance to win prizes.
Massey Hacks II is offering students a unique and up close experience to learn, and even features a special workshop from Microsoft for machine learning using Azure. Students will have workshops about many different coding languages, have a chance to try Oculus Rift, and have some fun over the course of the event with a water pong tournament, blind coding challenges and much more.
