Windsor fire crews have put out a fourth floor fire at Wheelton Manor, located at 333 Glengarry Avenue in downtown Windsor.
Crews were called to the building around 8:15am for a fire in unit 406.
Several readers have told windsoriteDOTca that smoke and flames could be seen coming out the side of one apartment unit.
The cause is listed as accidental.
There is $80,000 damage to the fire unit and $70,000 to the building.
All tenants are back except fire unit and one other.
