The Community Response and Stabilization Team, a partnership between Erie Shores HealthCare and Essex-Windsor EMS, along with the Canadian Mental Health Association, the City of Windsor, and the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit are launching a series of pop-up clinics across Windsor-Essex.
The goal is to remove as many barriers to vaccination as possible while complementing the ongoing vaccination campaigns conducted by the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit with wrap around supports to support mental health, substance use, translation, and COVID recovery needs the residents may require.
Health Cards are not required at any of the above clinic locations. All clinics are 10 am to 3 pm
