Work is well underway on the new mixed retail and residential development on Pelissier Street on the long-abandoned Don Cherry’s bar’s footprint.
Known as The Hive on Pelissier, it will feature ground-floor retail units and the conversion of the second floor into residential units, plus three additional floors built on top of that for residential as well for a total of 24 units.
According to the developer’s website, the units will be one of the very few luxury apartment buildings in the downtown Windsor area.
