Racist Symbols And Messages Spray Painted During LaSalle Break And Enter

LaSalle Police are investigating a weekend break and enter to a residence in a neighbourhood off of Todd Lane.

The family discovered the break-in on Sunday, November 1st, after returning home from a trip away Halloween night.

Upon their entry into the home, the family found the break-in and extensive damage to the residence’s interior. The family also found racist symbols and messages spray-painted on some walls and furniture and several items stolen.

Police say that the investigation is still in the initial stages, and they are not revealing any further information that may affect the integrity of the investigation. The family has asked that their privacy be respected at this time.
