Amherstburg Open Air Weekends kick off this Friday.
The weekends will feature closed streets, open-air patios and retail shopping, all in accordance with the Government of Ontario’s guidelines for physical distancing during COVID-19.
There will be accessible and additional parking for patrons, employees and designated “take-out food courts” within the Kings Navy Yard Park.
“The business owners really stepped up to the plate, working together in sharing ideas and helping each other during these unprecedented times. Amherstburg has the perfect footprint to accommodate a picturesque setting for a safe, enjoyable experience,” said Mayor, Aldo DiCarlo.
The Open Air Weekends will run every Friday to Sunday.
