Uwindsor Announces New Board Leadership

The University of Windsor has named William J. Willis (BA, LLB) to a two-year term as Board of Governor’s Chair effective October 28.th
Willis served previously as the Board’s First Vice-Chair and Second Vice-Chair, Chair of its Resource Allocation Committee, and member of the Executive Committee.
He is a two-time graduate of the University of Windsor and a former sessional instructor at UWindsor’s Faculty of Law, where he taught classes in insolvency and restructuring, as well as securities regulation.
Willis says he is honored to accept his new appointment and looks forward to working closely with UWindsor President Douglas Kneale.
