The annual Blessing of the Fleet took place at the Windsor Yacht Club Sunday afternoon, a ceremony that dates back to the ancient Greeks to remember those who have died at sea.
The service also asks for a safe upcoming season, and for a blessing on the fleet and crews. Traditionally, a loaf of bread is cast as well as a wreath of flowers on to the water.
